Frozen Shipping

Frozen orders are shipped weekly on Wednesdays with 2-Day Shipping and dry ice.

  • Orders must be placed by Tuesday at 4:00 PM CST to be included in that week’s shipment.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following week.

  • There is an additional surcharge that varies depending on the weight and distance. Add your items to the cart to see the exact surcharge.

  • Please note that shipping may be adjusted around holidays to ensure products arrive safely.

Feed up to one pouch per day for an average-sized adult cat. This product may be fed daily along with a complete and balanced cat food diet. Feed at room temperature and refrigerate unused portions. Always provide access to clean fresh water.
