Once upon a time, our story all began with a dog named Lucy. Lucy was our first fur-baby, and she lived a long and healthy life. We have carried on her legacy for over 20 years and have maintained a passion for giving back to pets in return for all that they give us. Grandma Lucy’s has been fortunate to be able to support different pet-related organizations over the years, but we were inspired to shift our focus to service dogs as they have a special place in our hearts. As our son Hunter has Autism, we have had first-hand experience with many of the amazing people in the special needs community. The newfound freedoms service dogs give many of these people is inspirational, and we knew then that we wanted to help more of these animals continue to live healthy lives, which starts with a healthy diet.
One of the many skills a service dog may be trained to do could classify them as “Listening Dogs,” but the benefits of reading to dogs is not just for the children. These dogs also love the time they get to spend with the children, making it a mutually beneficial relationship that is cherished by both the child and the dog. Reading can be difficult for many children and reading out loud to a classroom full of kids can be intimidating. When a child reads to a dog, they can do no wrong. The dog will not correct them or laugh at them but will give endless support and love. These “Listening Dogs” help children to gain the self-confidence they need to succeed in reading through their patience and great listening.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, we accept returns on most unopened items with tags and a receipt within 30 days of purchase.

Online Purchases:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, we accept returns on most unopened items with tags and a copy of your order confirmation email within 30 days of purchase.
The simplest and fastest way to return an item(s) is to take it to your local Paw Naturals store along with a copy of your order confirmation email. NOTE: Our store associates are unable to process a return without a copy of your order confirmation email. If you no longer have this email, please contact us and our customer service representatives will be able to send you a copy of your original email.
If you do not live close to a store, please fill our our Online Order Return Form and our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you with mail-in returns.
Refunds for Online Purchases:
For return eligible unopened items with tags, refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after we have received your return.
All shipping costs are final and will not be refunded.
Special Return Guidelines:
We are unable to take back returns for the following items if they have been opened:

- ALL OPENED OR UNOPEND FROZEN ITEMS
We do understand that occasionally, you will be unhappy with products after opening them. These returns will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for store credit only.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept mail-in returns for any opened items or frozen items.
Cancellations:
Our fulfillment centers strive to get your shipments to you as soon as possible. This means that we cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.
However, we want you to be happy with your purchase and accept returns on most unopened items with tags within 30 days of purchase as stated above.
