Price-Match Policy Effective 2023
PAW NATURALS WILL PRICE MATCH LOCAL COMPETITORS WITH A BRICK & MORTAR STORE.
Requesting a Price-Match
To request a price-match, customers must now fill out this Price-Match Request Form and provide attachments or links demonstrating the competitor prices.
Any of the following can be submitted as proof of price:
What we price-match
We ONLY price match Regular Priced items. We do NOT price-match sales.
Current Price-Matches
Customers with current price-matches must RESUBMIT the request using the following price match request form.
If you have not already submitted the above form, your old price-match will still be honored at your next visit, however you will be reminded to submit the form before a price-match can be honored again.
Please keep in mind that the old price-match will be removed after this reminder.
Your new price-matches are good for 6 months after submission. After 6 months, they will expire and you'll need to submit the request again.
After submitting the form, the info will appear in your accounts' customer notes. Be sure to inform cashier that you have a price-match associated with your account so to apply it at checkout.
